Andrew McCarter III, was born and raised in small town Tallassee, Alabama located just outside of Montgomery. Andrew grew up in a loving and supportive home with his father Andrew Jr., his mother Willie Mae, his older sisters Taujanna and Karen, along with his younger brother Anthony. The McCarter family were strong in faith and always attended and participated in church. This is where Andrew's deep passion for music was both cultivated and nurtured. He grew up loving and listening to various styles and genres of music, which has influnced his very own musical vibe.
Andrew knew at an early age, that he had a special relationship with Jesus Christ and at the tender age of 14, he decided to give his life to the Lord. After turning 17, he recognized an even stronger and louder calling upon his life. He knew and acknowledged that music was his ministry. He began studying the word, writing his own lyrics, sharpening his musical skill set, and soon after he would step out on faith and begin to minister through song. Andrew has a unique and creative gift which seems to reach beyond the normal boundaries. He has a smooth hip hop flow, and his strong scripture related lyrics, are often infused with heavy hip hop bass beats, while others may be wrapped in urban soul or laid back acoustics.
Now at the age of 28, Andrew has been blessed to inspire diverse crowds at churches, festivals, revivals, conferences, worship services, and inspirational venues. Headlining for major venues his fan base reaches across denominational, racial, and cultural lines. Andrew has released Projects, and singles that can be purchased on Mainstream media sites such as Spotify, amazon, etc. Signing his first management deal with Ampire Records he is now certain to take his career to hights he's allways dreamed of.
